Fresh coconut, Peanuts, Green chilli, Garlic, Red chilli, Curry leaves, White udacha ulundhu, Mustard
Preparation
- Grind: Take fresh coconut, peanuts, green chilli & garlic and grind it for 1 to 2 mins based on the speed and transfer the chutney to the bowl.
- Tempering: Take a fry pan and add 1 to 2 t-spoon of groundnut oil and heat it for 2 minutes then add mustard, red chilli , curry leaves and udacha ulundhu for 5 seconds. Add the temperings into the grinded chutney.
Tips
Store the chutney kit in a refrigerator.
