Coconut Chutney Kit | South Style Special | Serves 2 to 3

Ingredients

Fresh coconut , Pottu kadalai, Green chilli, Garlic, Red chilli, Curry leaves, White udacha ulundhu, Mustard

Preparation

Grind: Take fresh coconut, pottukadalai, green chilli & garlic and grind it for 1 to 2 mins based on the speed and transfer the chutney to the bowl.

Tempering: Take a fry pan and add 1 to 2 t-spoon of groundnut oil and heat it for 2 minutes then add mustard, red chilli , curry leaves and udacha ulundhu for 20 to 30 seconds. Add the temperings into the grinded.

Tips

Store the chutney kit in a refrigerator.
