Ingredients
Fresh mint, Fresh coriander, Peeled small onion, Grated coconut, Garlic, Green chilli, White udacha ulundhu, Mustard
Preparation
- Saute: Heat a kadai & add one t-spoon of oil followed by mint, peeled small onion/grated coconut, coriander, garlic, green chilli & salt as required and saute for 2-3 minutes. Once it’s cooked, let it cool off for 5-10 minutes.
- Â Grind: Grind sauteed ingredients for about 2-3 minutes & transfer to chutney bowl.
- Temper: To a heated fry pan add 1 t-spoon of groundnut oil followed by mustard seeds &Â ulundhu. Add the temperings into the grinded chutney.
Tips
Store the chutney kit in a refrigerator.
